Sea Thrift, Sleeps 2 £260 - £475 week Sea Thrift is a south facing , very comfortable newly converted apartment in the east wing of Mevagissey House, formerly the vicarage, dating from the 1840’s. The property has a sunny, private patio with table and seating enjoying valley and sea views, and stairs rise from the conservatory up to the first floor accommodation, with a large, light filled living room/ kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The newly fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge with ice-box, and a glass dining table is situated by one of the two floor to ceiling windows so guests can enjoy the views of the garden, village and sea beyond. There is a comfortable sofa and chair, 22" LCD TV with DVD and iPod dock and Radio/CD. The double bedroom, which also has 2 windows, has ample storage, and the en-suite is fitted with a shower cubicle, wc, basin and heated towel rail. Guests are able to enjoy the 3 acres of gardens at Mevagissey House, which is half-way down one of the hills that drop to the village centre, and the harbour and restaurants are approx 6 mins walk away. There is plenty of on-site parking. Free - wireless internet access available. Central heating, electricity and bedlinen is included. Sleeps 2, Sorry - no children, no smoking, no pets.
